"Be the Story" Contest

The Never Snowy Christmas is a children's story, set in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands, and written by local author Zenzi Hodge.  This tale explores the creative musings of a young boy wishing for snow in his island home and stopping at nothing to make his wish come true.  Imagination is the engine that fuels many children's stories.  It allows young readers to envision the impossible and dare to make a difference while making their dreams reality.  The "Be the Story" contest is designed to give USVI students in grades 1st-3rd the opportunity to do just that; envision the possibility of snow in the USVI and use a creative medium to bring this idea to "life."
